When should I store my goods in a warehouse?

Warehouse storage is great when you anticipate that your goods will be stored for a long time and you will not need access. Warehouse storage has the following advantages over self-storage. Your goods will be insured and protected from light and dust. The facilities are sprayed for insects four times a year and kept from temperature extremes in an insulated, metal and concrete building.  Even when the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, our NEW facilities highest temperature was 83 degrees.  Even pianos will not be harmed under these conditions.

Because the Affordable Moving Services, Inc., offices are in the same building, they are under the watchful eye of the owners and warehousemen.

Self-storage is best used when you will be pulling things in and out of storage quite often. Read the agreement you sign for a self-storage building very carefully. They assume no responsibility for insect control, mildew or theft. For your protection, if you decide to use self-storage, find a facility that has a tall fence and electronic gating.
